They coordinate and organise appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the Practice and support delivery of quality patient care. The Care Coordinators have a very demanding role. They are here to assist you and we would ask you to be patient during peak times, when the staff have to handle a large volume of calls and enquiries. They will ask you a small amount of personal information about your medical condition – this information is used to ensure your call is dealt with by the correct Clinician and assist fellow Healthcare Professionals who work within the Practice to manage your healthcare and well-being.

GP net earnings
All GP Practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each Practice.
The annualised mean earnings for GPs working in Commonfield Road Surgery in the financial period ended 31st March 2022 was £45,622 before deduction of employee’s superannuation contributions, tax and National Insurance. This is the average pay for the 1 full time GP and the 5 part-time GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months during that year.
Disclaimer
NHS England require that the net earnings of Doctors engaged in the Practice is publicised, and the required disclosure is shown above. However it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time Doctors spend working in the Practice, and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with any other Practice.
